NexusTalk is developed based on open-source software (Element client and Matrix protocol), in compliance with their respective open-source licenses.

We have significantly modified and extended the original codebase, including:

- Independent account system and backend services
- Enhanced encryption handling and key management
- Additional features and performance optimizations

NexusTalk is not a template-based app and does not reuse any proprietary assets from third parties.

All development complies with open-source licensing requirements.
