Release note
Version 1.2.0 — Accounts: GST on income & expense entries
What's new
You can now record GST when adding or editing income and expense entries in Project Accounts.
How it works
Turn on “GST applicable”, enter the GST %, and the app shows a GST amount preview and total with GST.
On save, both GST % and GST amount are sent to the server and stored with the entry.
Income: GST is available on all income types except Capital. Bill reference remains for bank account income only.
Expense: GST is available on all expense categories (labour, salary, general, other, custom).
When editing an entry that already had GST, turning GST off clears it on the server.
Good to know
List and summary totals show the base amount only — GST is tracked separately and is not added into those totals.
GST % must be between 0 and 100.
New expense entries start with GST off by default; you can enable it when needed.
Also in this build
Batch material details: receipt rows now prefer challan date when available, instead of only the received date.
