DRA application is Mobile application designed for HCG field staff who will carry out Outstanding collection of domestic PNG customers bill amount and KYC collection & validation activities from Domestic PNG consumers of HCG Group. This will be utilized for effective revenue management and up keeping of customer records.
DRA App use:-
HCG appointed agent can update Email ID and Registered mobile number of customer registered with us.
HCG appointed agent can collect customer bills outstanding amount.
