HCG Group has been authorized by Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to Lay, Build, Operate and Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Network in Gurugram-2 (Haryana City Gas Distribution Limited), Jhajjar district (Haryana City Gas (KCE) Private Limited), Hisar (HCG (KCE) Private Limited) district in Haryana state, Raipur, Baloda Bazar, Gariyaband (HCG Raipur Private Limited) Districts in Chhattisgarh, Nagpur (HCG Nagpur Private Limited) District in Maharashtra, Yanam (HCG Yanam Private Limited) District in Puducherry and entire state of Meghalaya (HCG Meghalaya Private Limited), Rohtak District has been authorized to HCG group by state Government of Haryana.
HCG group was established with the business objective to ensure safe, convenient and reliable gas supply to its customers in automotive, domestic, commercial & industrial sectors which help in reduction of vehicular pollution and provide cleaner environment. HCG Group designs, constructs and operates natural gas pipelines and associated facilities as per specified technical standards, national codes and PNGRB regulations.
This app is for Domestic PNG customers and CNG users. The app enables Domestic PNG customers anytime, anywhere access to his accounts, view billing history, view payment history, lodge complaint, view complaint, share feedback, update registered email id and mobile number, submit self-meter reading, make online payments, drop box locator and many more.

HCG Connect is the mobile application for DPNG (Domestic piped Natural Gas) customers with the customer friendly features. Some of these features are as follow:

✓ Payment options

✓ HCG Connect is also containing self-billing process Self Meter Reading & self-billing process which make the procedure easy and quick. DPNG customer can do self-billing by entering current meter reading and capturing meter photo through this feature.

✓ DPNG Customer can view their complete ledger of all transactions.
✓ DPNG Customer Generate Ticket for any complaints/queries.
