Each week an hour of stretching divided into 5 X 12minute sessions will be delivered straight to your device to add value to your daily activities; lifestyle and workouts. Every day is different ensuring each week you have completed a wide range of movements to best benefit and correct pain, posture, and plateaus. It's time to release, restore and recover!
